🚀 What You’ll Do

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll drive UBYD’s online presence, growth strategies, and brand storytelling. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate our value to the world and how we attract customers, partners, and top talent.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and executing multichannel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, etc.)

• Managing and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)

• Developing performance marketing dashboards and analyzing KPIs

• Building UBYD’s online brand presence and growing our community

• Collaborating with product, design, and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals

• Writing and curating engaging content to support brand positioning and lead generation

• Staying up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and startup marketing strategies

🔧 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in tech or SaaS startups

• Proven track record of running data-driven campaigns with clear ROI

• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, etc.

• Strong copywriting and content marketing skills

• Solid understanding of SEO/SEM principles and marketing funnels

• Analytical mindset with a bias for experimentation and learning

• Bonus: Experience with brand development or B2B growth marketing
